Position Summary

We’re currently looking for a Treasury Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN at the Bridgestone HQ.

The Treasury Manager of Business Projects & Treasury Integrations provides subject matter expertise on cash management, banking, payments, liquidity, forecasting, funding, financial risk management, and Treasury operations. This role is responsible for assessing Treasury implications of business changes, developing solutions, managing Treasury workstreams, and ensuring project outcomes align with corporate liquidity, control, and risk management objectives.

*** This role is a HYBRID position in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday @ Bridgestone HQ in Nashville, TN ***

Responsibilities

Strategic Project Support

  • Serve as the Treasury lead and subject matter expert for enterprise projects, strategic initiatives, and business transformation efforts.
  • Consult with business units on Treasury-related implications of new products, markets, legal entities, and operational changes.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Procurement, and Technology teams to develop effective Treasury solutions.
  • Partner with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to identify Treasury impacts, requirements, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop and implement Treasury project plans, milestones, resource requirements, and implementation strategies.

Process Improvement & Treasury Transformation

  • Support strategic treasury projects, including M&A integrations, system enhancements, capital structure optimization strategies, and FX and commodities hedging initiatives
  • Lead Treasury Management System (TMS) & bank portal governance, and banking technology implementations to support payment process design and banking connectivity requirements.
  • Evaluate opportunities to improve cash visibility, liquidity management, and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Prepare and present Treasury analyses, project updates, recommendations, and implementation plans to management.
  • Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to resolve Treasury-related issues and drive decision-making.
  • Communicate project risks, impacts, and mitigation plans effectively to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field required.
  • MBA, CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), CFA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance, Banking, Consulting, or related field.
  • Experience with cash management, banking operations, liquidity management, forecasting, and Treasury operations & systems.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), payment platforms, and banking technologies.
  • Advanced financial modeling (Excel and/or financial reporting tools), analytical, and problem-solving skills.
