Our Service Department team knows that what they do is a lot bigger than servicing customer's vehicles.
This team is a strategic partner within the bustling Service Team at Serra Traverse City, collaborating and inspecting vehicles to ensure the safety of our customer's vehicles.
Service Department team members provide these services thanks to an established process for proven success.
We're invested in creating an awesome place to work and we hope that if you join our team, we can learn and grow together for years to come.
What's it like to be a Serra Express Technician?
As an Express Technician, you will work closely with the Service Team to change oil and filters, rotate tires, flushing of coolant systems and much more in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry level position with growth potential to earn automotive certifications.
This is an opportunity for someone who appreciates consistently achieving turn-around goals, is detail orientated, has effective communications skills, and is efficient with timelines, all rolled into one awesome, extremely rewarding job!
