BORM Selector
Manhattan Beer & Beverage Distributors

Position Overview

The BORM Selector works within an automated, system-driven warehouse environment where product flow and order sequencing are directed by internal systems. This role is responsible for supporting the movement, organization, and accuracy of product as it progresses through the selection and fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work within a BORM (automated) system that directs product flow and order processing
  • Handle, move, and position product as it travels through conveyor and/or automated systems
  • Ensure products are properly aligned, organized, and prepared for downstream loading and delivery
  • Monitor workflow to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and continuous product movement
  • Identify and resolve basic issues such as damaged cases
  • Verify product accuracy using scanning or system confirmation tools as required
  • Maintain a steady work pace in a production-driven environment with defined performance expectations
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications

  • Ability to work: Sunday to Thursday - 4:30 pm to 1 am
  • Previous warehouse, production, or distribution experience preferred
  • Experience in automated, conveyor-based, or system-driven environments is a plus
  • Ability to follow structured processes with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive workflow
  • Reliable attendance and ability to meet productivity expectations
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work within a coordinated operation

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move 30-50+ lbs repeatedly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
