What You'll Do

RV Detailing

  • Wash, clean, and detail exteriors of travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and motorhomes
  • Scrub RV roofs - removing dirt, debris, and buildup
  • Safely use ladders for roof cleaning
  • Maintain detailing equipment and supplies

Lot Support & Movement

  • Move RVs in and out of detail bays using a forklift (and spotter)
  • Help organize inventory and keep the lot looking sharp
  • Support Sales and Service teams as needed

Facility Upkeep

  • Maintain clean dealership buildings and grounds
  • Clean and stock restrooms
  • Handle trash removal and general housekeeping
  • Assist with miscellaneous maintenance projects
What We're Looking For
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Comfortable working outdoors year-round (including Arizona summers)
  • Able to work safely on ladders and at heights
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Forklift experience is a plus - we will train the right person
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Team player who can also work independently
