Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for an Inpatient Rehabilitation (IRF) position in Longview, TX, requiring at least 2 years of experience and every-other-weekend availability on night shifts.

Details
  • Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting with 36 beds dedicated to severe injury and illness recovery
  • Patients include those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
  • Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Every other weekend required
  • 6-week contract
Requirements
  • Active TX RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
  • AHA certifications required (BLS at minimum; submit copies of all applicable certifications)
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • Inpatient rehabilitation (IRF) nursing experience strongly preferred
  • Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
  • Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
  • Cannot be currently employed full-time elsewhere
  • Must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
