Job description

Nusens USA is a rapidly growing specialty contractor providing Temporary Containment Systems across the United States.

This position plays a key leadership role within our production team and will work closely with other production leaders to ensure successful project delivery nationwide. This is a salaried leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple interior protection and containment projects across the United States
  • Coordinate and support field crews, foremen, schedules, and site logistics
  • Participate in production meetings and report directly to the Production Manager
  • Coordinate closely with Account Managers to ensure full project visibility from sale through execution, maintaining consistent communication so clients always receive accurate, up-to-date information
  • Work closely with the rest of the production team to ensure alignment, communication, and successful project execution
  • Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Act as primary point of contact for all clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular site visits, progress checks, and quality control inspections
  • Quickly resolve field issues to keep projects moving
  • Support planning, sequencing, manpower allocation, and production strategy
  • Track project progress, reporting, and documentation
  • Support change orders, scope clarification, and project adjustments as required
  • Deliver all projects on time and successfully

Requirements

  • Must speak English (Spanish is a bonus)
  • OSHA 30 (online accepted)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial/institutional construction
  • Must have hands-on experience performing all aspects of a Project Manager/Supervisor role (field + office coordination)
  • Strong problem-solving ability in fast-paced construction environments
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States
  • Experience managing crews and coordinating subcontractor-style field operations
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to read drawings, scopes of work, and project schedules
  • Comfortable working in active indoor construction environments
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Must have U.S. Permanent Residency or Citizenship
