Photography Manager – Nashville, TN

CoStar Group is seeking a Photography Manager to lead a dynamic team of 8-10 photographers in our Nashville, TN office, supporting the Homes.com and Apartments.com brands.

About the Role

The position combines leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service to ensure clients receive high‑quality media, including virtual tours, schematic floor plans, and photography. The manager will oversee remote teams, coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and maintain high standards of quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 8-10 photographers, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize output while maintaining quality.
  • Conduct regular quality audits on all media to ensure accuracy, completeness, and brand standards.
  • Provide feedback and coaching on Matterport technology, scanning techniques, photography, and company procedures.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Review KPI and scorecard performance regularly to identify improvement areas.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for technical issues related to equipment and software; troubleshoot and coordinate with IT support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales, customer support) to coordinate appointments and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Frequent travel within the region and some travel to the Richmond, VA office.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 3-5 years of direct operations management experience with 6+ employees, remote management required.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to motivate and engage remote teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Expertise in analyzing and interpreting KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to travel for fieldwork and availability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Experience with Matterport technology and 3D scanning techniques is a plus.
  • Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
