Job Overview:
Dental 360 & Associates is seeking a motivated and certified Orthodontic Assistant to join our Milwaukee team. This full-time role is perfect for a compassionate, team-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced, busy environment and is willing to travel between offices. Job Description

Create a warm and welcoming environment for patients and team members to build trust and strong relationships.
Prepare patients for orthodontic procedures by assembling the necessary instruments and materials.
Assist the orthodontist chairside with procedures such as banding, tightening brackets, and debonding.
Perform instrument and workstation sterilization in compliance with OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA standards.
Take panoramic (Pano) and cephalometric (Ceph) x-rays as needed.
Provide exceptional, patient-centered care with professionalism and accountability.
Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
Travel between multiple office locations as required (up to 50% travel).
Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure smooth operations and quality patient care.

Salary Range

Full-time $36,800 - $47,000 per year

Requirements
  • Certified Orthodontic Assistant
  • Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years)
  • X-ray / Radiography Certification

Certified Orthodontic Assistant certification (REQUIRED).
Minimum 1 year experience in orthodontic dentistry assisting.
High school diploma or GED (REQUIRED).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability and willingness to travel between offices (up to 50%).
Experience taking Pano and Ceph x-rays.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record maintenance.
