As a Logistics Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales process — from prospecting and pricing to relationship management and account growth. You’ll have the tools, technology, and team support to deliver exceptional logistics solutions that move our customers forward.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and grow new business through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and strong relationship building.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from pricing and quoting to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, pricing, and credit teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain consistent communication and documentation through our CRM system.
  • Analyze customer needs and create tailored logistics solutions to maximize profitability and service quality.
  • Manage and nurture assigned accounts to increase revenue and long-term success.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, logistics, or transportation preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving and exceeding goals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or higher required.
Compensation
  • Commission-based;
    • 15% of Gross Profit on brokered freight for new accounts
    • 10% of Gross Profit on brokered freight for house accounts
    • 4% of line haul for asset-covered freight on new accounts
  • Full-time position | Average 40 hours per week | Minimal travel (under 10%)
