Reports to: Senior Operations Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while on-site at customer and Martin locations.
  • Load and unload product on-site at customer and Martin locations.
  • Safely make deliveries in a 75-mile radius
  • Handling VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) duties
  • Fill vending machines and put away inventory at customer locations.
  • Communicate back to the branch any concerns or needs of the customer.
  • Basic warehouse functions including, order picking, stocking, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and cleaning
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in inventory management or other industrial or maintenance related fields.
  • Strong customer focus, work ethic, and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
  • Meet the driving criteria of Martin, insurance requires age 21
  • Operate a vehicle safely and abide by the laws of each state you travel in
  • ability to operate any material handling equipment (forklift, order picker, pallet jack, etc.)
  • Pass a D.O.T. Physical
  • Pass a drug screening and background check including motor vehicle record
