Warehouse Associate

As a warehouse associate you will work directly with other warehouse staff in the RCX Sports Fulfillment center. You will report to our shipping and receiving supervisor and follow all warehouse policies and procedures under the supervision of our fulfillment center management. This position will monitor inventory from receipt to the fulfillment center to being placed into order fulfillment lines. An ideal candidate for this role is a dedicated professional with prior experience working in a warehouse that enjoys working in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Work together with other warehouse staff to receive inventory shipments
  • Audit materials orders to ensure order accuracy
  • Utilize warehouse management system to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Follow the direction of warehouse management to effectively organize inventory in bulk storage areas
  • Regularly review and update picking locations, bins, and labels to update inventory and align with our warehouse management system
  • Perform routine inventory audits and inventory control processes
  • Maintain inventory procedures to replenish inventory in picking lines and restock picking locations
  • Assist with general warehouse maintenance to ensure clean and safe working locations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Or Equivalent) (required)
  • Prior experience in a similar warehouse role (preferred)
  • Forklift certification (preferred)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for longer periods of time through 8-hour shift
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively, quickly, and to regularly meet tight deadlines in a warehouse environment
  • Passion for collaboratively working in a team environment

  • Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM with some nights and weekends required during peak seasons
  • Location: Sylvan Lake, MI
  • Compensation Structure: This is full-time, hourly position eligible for our comprehensive benefits program (Medical, Dental, Vision, and more). Our expected starting hourly rate is $17-$18/hour.
