Job description

Triton Construction Group, a leading commercial General Contractor with over 50 years of experience, is currently seeking an experienced CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT. This position will supervise and coordinate all construction trades for restaurant, retail and convenience store new construction and remodeling.

Applicants wishing to apply for this position must be willing and able to meet the following job requirements:

  • Candidate must have 5+ years as a Superintendent or Construction Manager in commercial construction (retail, gas and / or restaurant construction, preferably). 3-5 references are requested for each candidate applying for this position.
  • Must ensure high quality standards while meeting aggressive schedules.
  • Applicant must be a proactive communicator, with extensive scheduling skills, ability to interpret blueprints and specifications, represent the company during building/trade inspections, work with the retail operations team for each project, and objectively handle/settle disputes among the members of the project team.
  • Applicants must be trained and capable of maintaining OSHA standards on the project sites, with weekly meetings for all workers on site.
  • Strong computer skills are essential
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized jobsite
  • Maintain and communicate daily and weekly project progress reports
  • Statewide travel is required.
