About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team in Louisville, Colorado. This is an excellent financial growth opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and delivering outstanding service to clients.

We value the whole person and recognize the importance of balancing work, family, and personal commitments. Following an in-office training period, a flexible work schedule may be available based on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Generate new insurance business opportunities and support client retention efforts
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales activities
  • Travel throughout Colorado for client meetings and business appointments as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Proven sales experience preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required, or willingness to obtain licensure within 90 days of employment
    • Employer reimbursement is available upon successful completion of licensing requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, Zoom, and CRMs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Office located in Louisville, CO
  • Potential for occasional on-call days based on client and business needs

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000 annually. Specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors like candidate's experience, education and skill set.
  • 35% commission on new and renewal business
  • Employer reimbursement for P&C licensing expenses upon completion
