What We’re Looking For:
  • Willing to travel as needed.
  • 18+ years old, with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Able to pass a medical exam & drug test.
  • A licensed driver with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report).
  • Physically fit – Can lift up to 80 lbs. and work comfortably on rooftops and ladders.
  • Honest, hardworking, and a team player who enjoys working outdoors.
  • Construction or electrical experience is a HUGE plus!
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Installing lightning protection systems on high roofs and specialized grounding projects.
  • Reading blueprints and construction plans to ensure top-tier installations.
  • Handling and installing lightning protection cables.
  • Ensuring all work complies with onsite safety regulations.
  • Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
  • Tackling other duties as assigned—because every day is an adventure!
