## Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Welding Supervisor to join our team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will oversee welding operations across various job sites, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards for quality and safety. ## Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate welding activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

  • Lead and mentor a team of welders, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Review project specifications and plans to determine welding requirements and allocate resources accordingly.

  • Conduct regular inspections of welding work to ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications.

  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.

  • Maintain accurate records of welding activities, including progress reports and quality assurance documentation.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of safety training programs for welding personnel.

  • Travel to various job sites as required, adapting to changing environments and schedules.

    Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications in welding preferred.
