Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Paid Training Provided

$25-$32/hr | 401(k) | PTO | RBT Training Available

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA team in Stockbridge, Georgia, and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do

Preferred Qualifications
  • Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification through the BACB

  • Previous experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Health Technician, Mental Health Technician, Paraprofessional, Teacher's Aide, or Direct Support Professional

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Passion for working with children

  • Willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician certification
