ProKatchers is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Rochester, New York.

Job Description & Requirements

ON CALL:ย 2-3 call shifts/month

CT Technologist Duties and Responsibilities:

ยทConfirm patient identity and exam verification prior to initiating the scan; strictly adhering to department policy and procedure for patient safety

ยทCoordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging.

ยทPrepare patients for scans and explain the procedure tohelp them feel comfortable.ยทInsert IVs when necessary for the test.

Requirements:

-HCPโ€™s currently registered in NYS will be required to have injection therapy certification stated on their license at time of submission

ยทCompletion of formal training in an approved School of Radiologic Technology and maintains Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

ยทNYS licensure (must obtain PRIOR to starting position)
