Job description

PMHNP – Make a Difference. Build Something Meaningful.

Florida Counseling Network is growing — and we’re looking for an exceptional Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team!

Are you a PMHNP who wants to do more than simply manage a medication list?

Do you want to work with a team that values patient care, clinical independence, collaboration, and actually making a difference in people's lives?

If so, we want to meet you.

JOIN A TEAM WHERE YOUR WORK MATTERS

At Florida Counseling Network, we believe mental health care should be personal, accessible, and centered around the individual — not just a diagnosis.

We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and clinically confident PMHNP who wants to become an important part of a growing practice.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build relationships with patients, collaborate with other mental-health professionals, and grow alongside an organization that is expanding its reach.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who is:

  • Licensed as a PMHNP in the State of Florida
  • Passionate about mental health and psychiatric care
  • Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered
  • Comfortable performing psychiatric evaluations and medication management
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Reliable, organized, and responsive
  • Comfortable providing telehealth services
  • Interested in becoming part of a growing mental-health organization
  • Willing to travel when needed [if applicable]

What You'll Do

As a PMHNP with Florida Counseling Network, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
  • Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions within your scope of practice
  • Provide medication management
  • Monitor treatment progress and make appropriate clinical adjustments
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment options
  • Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with patients
  • Help us continue improving the way mental-health services are delivered

⭐ WHY FLORIDA COUNSELING NETWORK?

Because you shouldn't have to choose between being a great clinician and enjoying where you work.

We are building a team that believes in:

Patient care over volume.
Collaboration over isolation.
Communication over bureaucracy.
Growth over staying comfortable.

If you're looking for a position where you can simply clock in, see patients, and leave — this may not be the right opportunity.

But if you want to be part of something that's growing, have your voice heard, and help shape the future of a mental-health practice...

We'd love to hear from you.

Location: Florida
Telehealth: Available
Schedule: [Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible]
Compensation: [75K-175K]
Employment Type: [1099]

READY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

Send us your resume and tell us a little about yourself, your clinical experience, and what you're looking for in your next opportunity.
