Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Build meaningful relationships with guests before, during, and throughout their stay by creating personalized wellness itineraries tailored to their goals, interests, and preferences.
  • Coordinate spa, fitness, wellness, dining, outdoor adventure, and resort experiences while managing reservations, itinerary updates, and special requests to ensure a seamless guest journey.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for guests, providing concierge-style service, anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and creating memorable, personalized experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Spa, Fitness, Rooms, Culinary, Retail, Transportation, and other resort teams to ensure guest preferences and accommodations are communicated and flawlessly executed.
  • Deliver luxury hospitality by providing thoughtful recommendations, maintaining expert knowledge of resort offerings, and creating exceptional experiences through attention to detail and genuine care.
  • Support operational excellence by maintaining accurate guest profiles, optimizing reservations and scheduling, identifying revenue opportunities through personalized recommendations, and contributing to continuous improvements in the guest experience.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Bring at least 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, concierge services, guest relations, reservations, or a related guest-focused environment; experience with luxury resorts or Forbes Travel Guide-rated properties is a plus.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for delivering highly personalized, memorable guest experiences.
  • Possess outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple guest itineraries while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Be proficient with reservation and guest management systems; experience with Book4Time, Opera Cloud, or similar hospitality platforms is highly preferred.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced luxury environment by working seamlessly across departments to anticipate guest needs, solve problems, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Have a genuine passion for wellness and hospitality, bringing empathy, curiosity, and a concierge mindset to every guest interaction while creating meaningful experiences that inspire lasting connections.
