Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to communicate with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, and promote relevant products and services. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy phone-based communication, building customer relationships, and working toward measurable performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective and existing customers by phone.
  • Present products and services clearly and professionally.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads through customer conversations.

  • Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
