Job description

Discover a new way to practice with TeamHealth's elite Massachusetts anesthesiology travel team! TeamHealth is offering a unique opportunity for a full-time anesthesiologist to join our elite travel team, based in Massachusetts. If you have 4+ years of experience as an anesthesiologist, you will make a great addition to this team. In this role, you'll provide clinical coverage across multiple facilities throughout the state.
This is a great way to expand your clinical experience, work in a variety of practice settings, and make a real impact where support is needed most. Whether you're new to travel or a seasoned pro, our elite program offers a rewarding, flexible way to grow your career - and for many, it has opened the door to future leadership roles.
As part of this high-performing team, you'll be credentialed at multiple facilities and bring your strong communication skills, adaptability, and collaborative mindset to every assignment. A willingness to travel is essential.
Compensation
  • Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $650,000 to $750,000 annually
  • Signing bonus: $70,000

Schedule
  • 80 hours biweekly in accordance with facility needs
  • Call pay and premium pay for hours worked over 80 in a pay period
  • Maximum of six (6) paired Saturday/Sunday days for a total of up to twelve (12) weekend days per year

About the Role
  • Must reside in the state of Massachusetts
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience is required for this role
  • PTO: 12 weeks
  • Reimbursement for travel and lodging (all lodging/travel is booked through Concur)
