Job description

Take your critical care career to the next level with this exciting ICU travel opportunity! Join a high-acuity team providing exceptional care in a collaborative environment while gaining valuable experience in a leading regional hospital.

Position Overview:

  • Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

  • Specialty: ICU

  • Location: Petoskey, MI

  • Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

  • Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts

  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

  • Every other weekend required

  • On-call may be required

  • Must be willing to float to similar units as needed

  • EMR: Cerner

  • Navy blue scrubs required


Requirements:

  • Active Michigan RN license

  • Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience (floating experience does not qualify)

  • Previous ICU experience required

  • Current BLS certification

  • Current ACLS certification

  • EKG interpretation experience required

  • Must be willing to float to similar units

  • Neuro ICU, CVICU, and Trauma ICU experience preferred

  • Ventilator management experience preferred

  • Experience with CRRT and intra-aortic balloon pumps preferred
