Job description

Reybold is a growing construction and property management company, currently seeking a reliable Grounds Technician. A Grounds Technician is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the grounds throughout all Reybold properties in a clean, and visually appealing condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  •  Remove and dispose of all trash in a timely manner
  • Clean and maintain all dog stations
  • Clean all areas around trash containers and compactors
  • Maintain all compactors and monitor capacity for efficient removals

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist in the Make Ready process by assisting with trash outs and carpet removals.
  • Perform additional duties as prescribed by management.
  • Position requires occasional overtime and on call duties.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Entry-level position

  • Ability to understand and follow instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to apply quality and safety standards
  • Ability to work well with residents, supervisors, employees and vendors

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift/carry 70lbs.
