Job description

We are currently hiring a part-time Community Hero (aka Groundskeeper)

The primary responsibilities for this role will be:

  • Maintaining community grounds (trimming, mowing, trash pickup)
  • Landscaping
  • Plowing and Salting in winter months
  • Other related duties as assigned

Must be able to:

  • Think outside the box and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Work independently
  • Multitask
  • Operate large machinery when necessary
  • Occasionally lift 50lbs or more
  • Alternate frequently between walking, crawling, crouching, squatting, climbing and sitting
