Parking Lot Clean-Up Crew (Full-Time)

Location: New Castle, DE

Salary: $16–$18/hr


Are you someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and looking their best? We’re hiring a Parking Lot Clean-Up Crew Member to help maintain shopping centers and outdoor spaces in New Castle, DE. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and staying active throughout the day.


What You’ll Do

  • Clean and maintain parking lots, sidewalks, and common outdoor areas daily
  • Use blower equipment to remove debris before sweeping
  • Pick up trash including litter, leaves, and cigarette butts
  • Empty trash cans and replace liners
  • Maintain cleanliness of receptacles and surrounding areas
  • Log completed work and report any property issues (damages, hazards, etc.)
  • Identify and report safety concerns such as broken fixtures or illegal dumping

What We’re Looking For

  • Groundskeeping experience or outside janitorial experince
  • Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
  • Strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work
  • Basic communication skills (English required)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • No on call rotation
