We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to work within our buyer-facing digital automotive marketplace. We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Product Manager to own the Post-Sale experience across Desktop and Mobile App. This role is responsible for shaping and optimizing the end-to-end journey after a buyer decides to purchase-spanning checkout, vehicle payment, transportation ordering, title document delivery preferences etc.

Education: Bachelor's degree or similar secondary education.
Technical/Professional Accreditation (e.g., license, certification, designation):

Minimum related experience in years: 5+ years' experience in product management or product developmentroles and successfully driving results.

Job Objectives:

  • Ensure a smooth, intuitive, and consistent UX across all post-sale flows, informed by user research and
  • behavioral data.
  • Lead and manage third-party integrations, including payment providers such as MoneyGram, Western Union,
  • PayPal, and emerging digital wallets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (checkout completion, payment success, delivery selection usage, error
  • rates) and iterate accordingly.
  • Collaborate with engineering on API design and integration, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable data
  • exchange with partners.
  • Is sensitive to rapidly evolving issues that arise among products and platforms (both within the business unit
  • and between multiple business units) in a way that balances product and enterprise goals.
  • Engages business units and enterprise management on resolving trade-offs of scope, priority, business and
  • technical risk, and business impact of dependencies among multiple products.
  • Embeds with product teams as needed to ensure full transparency and no surprises, keeping product
  • stakeholders up to date with the latest on delivery status, product risks, and scope changes.
  • Identify new opportunities that positively impact the buyer facing applications.
