  • CDL with Passenger Endorsement (required)
  • 3+ years of experience in transportation, shuttle, bus, or passenger services
  • Leadership experience (supervisor, dispatcher, lead driver, or manager)
  • Strong knowledge of DOT and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to travel throughout the Greater NJ region
  • Confident communicator who can lead teams and build client relationships
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
