TCI is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with drivers and customers, and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the opportunity for you! ????????

???? PAY & SCHEDULE

???? Pay: $25.00 per hour
???? Schedule: Monday–Friday
???? Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

???? WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Operations Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting daily transportation and billing operations. Responsibilities include:

  • ???? Build and manage daily dispatch loads in McLeod.

  • ???? Complete daily load reconciliations and ensure accurate load assignments.

  • ???? Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.

  • ???? Gather and compile information to support customer service and operational needs.

  • ???? Provide dispatch coverage during vacations and call-offs.

  • ???? Communicate with drivers regarding paperwork and dispatch needs.

  • ???? Perform driver check-in calls and communicate with customers regarding on-time arrivals.

  • ???? Review and process per diem and accessorial invoices.

  • ???? Verify billing information and ensure invoices are properly submitted and followed up on.

  • ⏰ Assist with other operational needs as required.
