Honor Foods is looking for a Transportation & Logistics Supervisor to help lead our daily distribution operations. This role supervises drivers, dispatchers, and logistics coordinators while ensuring deliveries, freight movement, and customer shipments are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.ย 

This position is ideal for someone with experience in transportation,ย logistics, or warehouse distribution who enjoys leading teams, solving operational challenges, and improving processes in a fast-paced environment. ย 

Whatย You'llย Doย 

Transportation Operationsย 

  • Supervise drivers, dispatchers, andย logisticsย team membersย ย 
  • Monitor delivery routes, schedules, and driver productivityย ย 
  • Ensure routes are completed safely and on timeย ย 
  • Coordinate truck maintenance and operational issuesย ย 
  • Work closely with warehouse teams to support daily deliveriesย ย 

Logisticsย & Freight Coordinationย 

  • Plan and coordinate outbound shipments and freightย ย 
  • Review shipping documents such as bills ofย ladingย and shipping noticesย ย 
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teamsย ย 
  • Track freight costs andย identifyย opportunities for efficiencyย ย 

Safety & Complianceย 

  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standardsย ย 
  • Maintainย accurateย driver logs and operational recordsย ย

Leadership & Team Developmentย 

  • Coach, train, and support transportation andย logisticsย team membersย ย
