You will mentor & lead your team of General Managers in various locations. You will wear many different hats, but your primary responsibilities oversee the development of the Mo' Bettahs brand daily. You will be the contact for all business operations within your district. You will ensure the growth and development of your teams within the district, especially regarding deployment, team building, and strategic people development. The District Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations.
