As we enter our busy season, we are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to help administer logistics operations and ensure smooth, timely hauling services.


Position Overview:
This is a seasonal, high-intensity role that requires someone ready to work hard, handle mentally demanding situations, and maintain strong attendance. The Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in scheduling, coordinating shipments, and supporting our logistics team to ensure hauling runs smoothly. This role is seasonal (September through November)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily logistics and delivery schedules for drivers
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely operations
  • Resolve any issues that arise in real time with managements direction
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, timely requests, and transportation activities
  • Assist with problem-solving while under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Support the management with ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
  • Must have reliable transportation to work
  • Strong attendance and reliability are essential
  • High School degree/GED; bachelors degree preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation to work
  • Ability to work long hours, including weekends, in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
