Transportation Engineer
Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Client are seeking a Transportation Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to join a growing transportation team in Baton Rouge, LA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to work on a variety of transportation and roadway improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Transportation and roadway design projects
• Corridor, capacity, and safety improvement projects
• Drainage, earthwork, striping/signage, and construction plan preparation
• Quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Coordination with clients and internal project teams
• Construction support and project closeout activities

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• PE License (Louisiana or ability to obtain) must
• 5–10 years of transportation engineering experience
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, PondPack, SWMM, or related tools
• Familiarity with DOT standards and transportation projects
