What you will enjoy doing*
  • In this role you will provide leadership and direction for day-to-day distribution operations to ensure customer demand is met consistently and efficiently
  • Ensure all operational activities are conducted safely and reliably in full compliance with HAZMAT and Department of Transportation (DOT) documentation requirements
  • You will be responsible for maintaining supply reliability for customers and locations, ensuring all medical gas deliveries comply with FDA standards and Linde's quality assurance system
  • Schedule delivery of packaged and cryogenic products to meet internal goals, customer expectation and operational standards
  • Maintain, review and verify work order summaries to ensure timely shipments
  • You will lead safety initiatives, including adminsistering safety training, conducting evaluations, and overseeing accident investigations
  • Manage personnel fairly and consistently, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages motivation, information sharing, and employee empowerment
