What You?ll Be Doing

  • Handle and adjust Auto Physical Damage claims for commercial transportation
  • Review coverage, investigate claims, determine liability, and evaluate damages
  • Manage claim files to ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution
  • Oversee litigated claims and support the litigation process
  • Coordinate with vendors, including independent adjusters
  • Identify subrogation opportunities and assist with salvage recovery
  • Communicate clearly with insureds, clients, agents, and brokers
