Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and courteous Transportation/Van Driver to join our team at Silvis Center Rehab and Care, a premier healthcare provider in Silvis, Illinois. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our patients, residents, and staff. Responsibilities:

• Drive Silvis Center Rehab and Care's vans to transport patients, residents, and staff to and from medical appointments, therapies, and other scheduled events
• Ensure all passengers are safely seated and secured before departing, and that all safety protocols are followed during transportation
• Maintain accurate records of transportation routes, passengers, and any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to coordinate transportation schedules and plans
• Assist with minor vehicle maintenance and report any issues to the supervisor promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times

Requirements:

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
