The Operations Manager is responsible for the non-clinical operating infrastructure of the PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) day center. This role oversees facilities, transportation, dining, front desk, participant flow, and vendor management to ensure the center operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable PACE regulations.
