Full-Time Evening & Night Shift Opportunities
Available Shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in Queens, New York, is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and customer-focused Central Transport Service Associates to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others and want to play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
As a Central Transport Service Associate, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and professional transportation of patients, equipment, and supplies throughout the hospital.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Safely transporting patients via wheelchair, stretcher, and hospital bed to and from patient units, treatment areas, diagnostic departments, and operating rooms.
  • Assisting with patient transfers and repositioning while adhering to established safety protocols.
  • Providing compassionate customer service and support to patients and their families.
  • Transporting and delivering medical equipment, hospital supplies, and laboratory specimens to designated locations.
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with all hospital policies and procedures.
  • Transporting deceased patients respectfully and professionally in accordance with hospital protocols.
