Academic Transplant HepatologistDivision of Transplant | Tufts Medical Center | Boston, MassachusettsTufts Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Transplant Hepatologist to join the Division of Transplant Surgery within the Department of Surgery. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a rapidly growing academic liver transplant program at one of New England's premier academic medical centers.Following the successful relaunch of its Liver Transplant Program, Tufts Medical Center has achieved several significant milestones, including CMS certification of the Liver Transplant Program and approval from the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) to launch a Living Donor Liver Transplant Program. These accomplishments underscore our commitment to delivering innovative, equitable, and high-quality transplant care while expanding access to life-saving treatment for patients with advanced liver disease throughout New England.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the Liver Transplant Program by delivering exceptional patient care while helping strengthen relationships throughout the Tufts Medicine system and beyond.
