Job Summary Ensure that all Company activities related to the development, application and maintenance of the Company Management System (CMS) are consistent with internal requirements and applicable international standards. Provide subject matter advice and assistance to Company personnel on the CMS and related aspects.

Job DescriptionKey Roles & Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter resource for the Company Management System and applicable / adopted industry or international management system standards (e.g. ISM Code, ISO, API, etc.)
  • Provide oversight and support the development, publication and maintenance of Company Management System documents, including liaison with technical / functional owners and technical writers.
  • Ensure the Company Management System is maintained in accordance with internal and external requirements.
  • Support the development, publication and maintenance of country / area specific Management System documents, including an awareness of applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to other Company functions on Company Management System matters e.g. customer meetings, Management System bridging, customer audits, etc.
  • Support Marketing on the preparation of bid / tender responses related to Quality, HSE and the Company Management System.
  • Represent the Company at external meetings (e.g. trade associations, joint industry projects, etc.) related to Quality, HSE and/or the Company Management System.
Education

Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Level: Bachelor's Degree and Lead Auditor Certification

Experience

Minimum Required: 5+ years of relevant industry experience with 2-3 years of additional HSE exposure.

Skills Required
  • Working knowledge of international management system standards (e.g., ISO, ISM, API, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Able to interpret and articulate applicable management system documentation.
  • Very good organizational skills and ability to work unsupervised.
  • Detail orientated, focused on producing high quality, accurate work.
  • Ability to determine priorities and manage small projects independently.
