Job description

Position Overview

We are looking for a Motor Assembler I to join our team. In this role, you will perform standardized motor assembly and testing tasks while learning processes and adhering to established procedures. You will work collaboratively within a production cell under guidance to support production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble motors and components using work instructions, drawings, and specifications

Perform basic mechanical and electrical testing to ensure products meet specifications

Operate manufacturing equipment, including winding machines, test stations, and spray systems

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and bill of materials to complete assembly tasks

Complete and follow required documentation and instructions

Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications

Handle materials properly to prevent damage or contamination

Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations

Collaborate with team members and support work flow throughout production areas

Required Skills and Qualications

Completion of a High School Diploma or GED

Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and instructions

Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools

Good written and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety procedures

Preferred Skills and Qualications

Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment

Familiarity with motor assembly or electromechanical products

Experience operating production or testing equipment

Work Type: Onsite: This role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis.
