Location: Houston, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | No Weekends
Pay Rate: $25–$40/hour
Pay Type: Hybrid Pay Plan

Today's European is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician to join our established independent repair shop in Houston, Texas. If you enjoy advanced diagnostics, quality repairs, and working on premium European vehicles, you'll find a professional, team-oriented environment where quality workmanship comes before shortcuts. You'll utilize modern diagnostic equipment while working alongside experienced technicians who take pride in doing the job right. With a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, ongoing technical training, and a hybrid pay plan with estimated annual earnings of $62,000–$95,000+, this is an excellent opportunity to continue growing your European automotive career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns on European vehicles.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and repair services.
  • Complete accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) with clear repair recommendations.
  • Perform quality repairs following manufacturer procedures.
  • Road test vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles when necessary.
  • Communicate repair recommendations and parts needs with Service Advisors.
  • Build accurate parts lists and repair recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
  • 2+ years of European automotive repair experience.
  • A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician experience.
  • Strong automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical repair skills.
  • Experience servicing European makes.
  • Comfortable using Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) software.
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a professional work ethic.
  • Dealership experience is welcome but not required.
