- Manage large and complex projects, while coordinating with other internal teams
- Successfully run projects while ensuring project profitability, client satisfaction, client account growth and client KPIs' attainment
- Proactive and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, at all levels
- Develop processes and methodologies to ensure project success and value added to customers
- Closely monitor projects via effective use of standards, systems and quality processes
- Monitor project budgets and profitability
