Full Job Description

Vapor Lounge has been helping adults quit smoking since 2009 and operates 14 retail locations throughout Washington and Idaho. We are looking for a dependable, professional Delivery Driver to join our team.

This position is responsible for safely delivering inventory to our retail stores using a company-provided, late-model Ford Transit cargo van. In addition to deliveries, this role assists with warehouse operations, performs basic store maintenance and repairs, and helps ensure our stores are well-maintained and fully stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a company-provided Ford Transit cargo van.
  • Deliver merchandise to Vapor Lounge retail locations throughout Washington and Idaho.
  • Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and inventory documentation.
  • Perform routine warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing deliveries.
  • Conduct weekly store visits to perform minor maintenance and repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and complete small repairs as needed (fixtures, shelving, minor maintenance, etc.).
  • Inspect company vehicle and report maintenance concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Communicate professionally with store teams and management.
  • Assist with additional warehouse and operational projects as assigned.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Five 8-hour shifts per week
  • Store deliveries are typically made on Mondays and Thursdays.
  • One scheduled day each week is dedicated to visiting stores for routine maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Remaining days are spent supporting warehouse operations and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one (1) year of professional driving experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable driving a full-size Ford Transit cargo van.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs.
