These professionals are responsible for ensuring that public transit systems, like buses, trains, and subways, run smoothly and safely. Working in transit often involves shift work, customer service, and a commitment to public safety and reliability. Transit jobs play a vital role in helping communities stay connected and reducing traffic congestion.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a transit operator, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Transit Operator, you need a valid commercial driver's license (CDL), a clean driving record, and knowledge of traffic laws and safety protocols.
