Job Description:
You will demonstrate your engineering skills by leveraging the firm's technology centric competitive edge. You will work with design engineers, vendors, contractors, and client personnel to design, test, make operational, optimize, and validate Electrical systems in multiple 24x7 mission critical plants, pharmaceutical, healthcare, power generation or similar environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute commissioning activities for electrical building systems.
- Perform hands-on field testing using industry-standard equipment.
- Develop and execute functional performance test procedures and commissioning plans.
- Review electrical design documents, submittals, and shop drawings for commissioning considerations and compliance.
- Identify deficiencies, troubleshoot system performance issues, and work collaboratively with contractors and design teams to develop corrective actions.
- Prepare commissioning reports, test documentation, issues logs, and close-out packages.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior engineers and field technicians.
- Participate in project meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and communicate status updates.
- Support the development of commissioning standards, procedures, and best practices.

- Minimum 10 years of electrical commissioning or NETA-level testing experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facilities.
- Strong understanding of NETA testing principles and familiarity with NETA ATS/MTS procedures.
- Proven hands-on field testing experience across a wide range of electrical systems.
- Proficient with PQMs, IR cameras, multimeters, and other testing tools.
- Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, NETA, IEEE, and related standards.
