  • Lead executive-level communications, status reporting, governance forums, and project updates.
  • Ensure technology solutions support business goals across procurement, logistics, inventory, warehouse, and supplier management processes.
  • Support organizational change management, stakeholder readiness, training coordination, and user adoption.
  • Coordinate vendor deliverables, resource planning, financial tracking, and cross-functional project execution.
  • Guide SIT, UAT, deployment planning, defect triage, and release readiness activities.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of IT Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Mandatory experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including backlog, sprint, release, and reporting management.
  • Experience managing Supply Chain Transformation programs or enterprise application implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, delivery planning, risk management, financial management, and resource coordination.
  • Experience working with business and technology teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans.
  • Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders, vendor partners, distributed teams, and competing priorities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting system integration, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production readiness activities.
  • Experience with procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehouse management, or supplier management initiatives preferred.
