  • Architect digital solutions that improve equipment reliability and maintenance strategies using predictive and preventive technologies
  • Assess current-state plant maintenance processes and define future-state workflows to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime
  • Develop technical solution designs using Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and digital twin technologies and integrate them into existing information technology environments
  • Partner with clients and sales teams to quantify business impact, present solution demonstrations, and lead discussions with senior leaders on manufacturing and maintenance solutions
  • Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced team environment while contributing to practice knowledge sharing and innovation

  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or enterprise asset management (EAM) systems such as SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) or Maximo, asset performance management (APM) platforms, or digital twin platforms
  • Experience architecting digital solutions for maintenance and reliability transformation
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Experience with asset criticality analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and reliability data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, or Computer Science
