The Finance Transformation Manager (Product Owner) will report directly to the Senior Director, Finance Transformation & Software Business Model Value Stream Leader and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid schedule.
The Finance Transformation Manager (Product Owner) is at the center of digital transformation initiatives, serving as the dedicated Product Owner for the Software value stream to optimize financial processes that enable the broader organization across Honeywell Technologies to have full latitude over Software product/sales strategy, pricing/discounting, and product level P&L reporting. You will closely coordinate with Software and other Business Model leaders, Software BU leaders, SBG transformation leaders, GBE business partners, Corporate IT, and SAP S4/HANA Program team to develop a consistent framework for driving visibility to end to end Software execution and reporting, software lifecycle management, Software Pricing metrics across Honeywell Technologies, with the goal of maximizing Software growth, profitability and driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive end to end Software execution and measurement across the enterprise
  • Act as the Product Owner for the Software value stream, owning the product roadmap, defining user stories, and prioritizing the backlog based on business value
  • Drive requirement gathering, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, process improvement, and translating complex business workflows into clear functional specifications for technical teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize business/functional requirements that expand Honeywell's software sales business
  • Communicate with senior leaders on functionality, roadmaps, outcomes, and impacts to the software business
  • Partner with data engineering teams to drive full automation of financial and operational metric reporting
  • Drive change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), adoption and training for all transformational activities

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, business administration, data analytics, computer science, engineering or related disciplines
  • 6 years of relevant experience in transformation or product management
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a track record of managing complex backlogs
  • Strong experience in financial systems, specifically SAP ECC, S4/HANA and Hyperion
  • Deep understanding of software-as-a-service (SaaS) monetization, subscription metrics (ARR/NRR/GRR), and software development lifecycles
  • Strong Business Analysis capabilities, including process mapping, data modeling, and translating business needs to technical teams
