Your role and responsibilities

As an Adobe Business Transformation Consultant / Marketing Technology Strategy Consultant, you will leverage your deep understanding of business strategy and marketing technology to drive transformative solutions forMarketing Transformation/Martech clients. This role requires aligning marketing technology (specifically Adobe ecosystem) capabilities with clients’ strategic goals, driving change management, and guiding them through digital transformation processes. We are looking for a dynamic, strategic marketer who has experience working in-platform as well as experience advising clients on marketing technology ecosystems and best in-class process design. The ideal candidate for this role can work in fast-paced environments where objectives shift quickly.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Transformative Solutions: Assess and diagnose client business challenges, and design and implement transformative solutions leveraging marketing technologies including Adobe's suite of tools. This involves understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing tailored solutions that meet their strategic objectives.
  • Drive Change Management: Guide clients through digital transformation processes, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of Adobe’s tools into their business operations. This requires strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Align Capabilities with Client Goals: Guide AI enablement within marketing, including designing marketing strategies that prioritize AI capabilities that drive value and maximize ROI for clients;
  • Advise clients on how to scale and maximize investments in existing and new marketing technology platforms
  • Deliver Impactful Outcomes: Leverage strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize results to deliver impactful outcomes for clients. Bring a perspective on how to optimize existing marketing technology platforms and marketing teams to achieve business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for modernizing and optimizing marketing technology stack, processes, and integration opportunities
  • Guide Successful Delivery: Manage stakeholder relationships and design project plans that align with strategic marketing design and implementation work across multiple platforms and workstreams. Build results-oriented plans that prioritize key KPIs, measurable outcomes, and clear success criteria; Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Governance, IT, Product)

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Deep Understanding of Business Strategy and Marketing Technology Ecosystem: Experience with assessing and diagnosing business challenges, designing and implementing transformative solutions leveraging MarTech, and aligning Adobe and other leading capabilities with clients’ strategic goals.
  • Proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement and Project Management: Experience with guiding clients through digital transformation processes, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of Adobe's tools into their business operations, and delivering impactful outcomes
  • Digital Transformation Expertise: Experience with driving change management, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to address gaps in clients' business operations.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience working in a functional and technical marketing role with proven track record of success across both facets - with specific focus on healthcare or life sciences marketing
  • Desire to continue learning about emerging trends, new technologies, and industry trends to grow alongside client engagements
  • Experience working across the martech stack: customer relationship management platforms, automation tools, customer data platforms, and campaign management systems
  • Platforms/ecosystems such as: Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce (multiple clouds)
  • Adobe Suite Proficiency: Certification in or experience with Adobe's suite of tools, including their application in transformative solutions and
    digital transformation processes.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Experience with measuring the effectiveness of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and
    optimizing results to deliver impactful outcomes for clients.
  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops centered around marketing technology, process enablement, and solution design.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts to executive leadership teams and development teams
  • Experience managing development teams, working in Agile, and managing shifting timelines for execution teams
  • Experience working across internal teams and external partnerships to bring new capabilities and perspectives regularly to client leadership teams
Preferred technical and professional experience

Deep knowledge of marketing transformation/Martech industry, including customer engagement, personalization, and digital experience platforms, preferred.
