We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to join our growing team! In this role, you will:
Direct Care Teams: Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.
Administer Medications: Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.
Implement Care Plans: Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.
Perform Treatments: Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.
