CDL-A Truck Driver - Team Job Details
  • Team pay built for high performance. Teams can earn up to $220,000 annually* together, with base CPM ranging 74-92CPM* depending on experience. Strong miles mean strong income - Transco's pay structure is built to keep rewarding both.
  • Scheduled raises and mileage bonuses. You'll receive a guaranteed raise at your 1-year anniversary. Teams that exceed 20,000 miles in a month also earn an additional 5CPM bump - built-in performance rewards that stack over time.*
  • $15,000 Sign-On Bonus per team - available now. Qualified teams may receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus* for a limited time, depending on location.
  • $25,000 Sign-On Bonus per FULLY ENDORSED team - available now. Qualified fully endorsed teams may receive a $25,000 sign-on bonus* for a limited time, depending on location.
