$38-$50ph Based on Experience
The job of the Lead HVAC installer involves installing residential and light commercial systems, including light metal fabrication, and duct work installation. The lead installer will report to the HVAC Division Manager and lead a small crew in the installation of condensers, air handlers, furnaces, mini-splits and AIQ products.
The ideal candidate will possess leadership ability on the job, have a strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Install HVAC equipment as “lead installer” in residential and light commercial settings
  • Possess a minimum 5 years’ experience installing or equivalent expertise
  • Build and install duct work, including light sheet metal fabrication
  • Act as primary liaison between HVAC division manager and install techs/helpers
  • Boiler install experience a plus, but not necessary
  • Knowledge of Trane and Mitsu equipment a plus but not necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attend period, paid training and stay up to date with industry trends and developments
